ABOUT

We invite you and your family out for our annual Harvest Night candy walk. This event is FREE to all families. Parents and guardians we ask to keep this kid friendly and to not wear anything scary. Our candy walk includes trunks full of impactful stories from the Bible. We encourage all families to register online. Everyone who pre registers will get their name in the drawing for a gift card.

This will be an outdoor event.

MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED TO COME!

During registration, please select the hour in which you will be attending 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10.

LET'S HAVE A GOOD TIME!

We ask that all parents and guardians to be patient as a small wait is to be expected once the event gets underway. Harvest Night is a free event that draws a large crowd every year and we do our best to get all families through as quickly and safely as possible. This event is made possible by the families and team members at 3C USA Church. We thank all the families involved for donating their time and of course candy! 

GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY RULES

1. In order to be selected your child must have attended the event. Please print out the ticket that will be issued to your email. This paper copy is proof that you registered online and shows the staff that you are eligible for one of two $25 gift card. You will need a paper copy for each child you registered online. Again in order to be selected for a gift card, this specific form must be turned in.

2. Upon entering the event, all families will be asked for a registration form. The ticket attached to your email is your registration form.

3. If you forget your paper copy, we apologize for any inconvenience but you will need to fill out a registration form in line before entering the event. This will pull you out of the drawing to be selected for the gift card.

4. Our winner will be announced Sunday, November 1st at 3C USA Church. You can see who the winner is at our service or on our Facebook page on our live stream.
